Where is the park located?

  • Our drive-thru gates close at 4 PM. Our park officially closes at 5 PM.
  • Our drive-thru and walk-thru safari take at least 2-3 hours for our guests to experience.
  • Our animals are typically most active in the morning hours of 9 AM – 12 PM, then again from 3 PM to 5 PM. Our animals are typically less hungry in the afternoon.
  • We offer food and drink in our gift shop, including sodas, ice cream, Dippin’ Dots®, and much more.
  • You may bring your own food and drinks to consume in the parking lot or designated picnic areas at the park. Outside food cannot be brought into the walk-thru safari areas. Private parties and groups may arrange to bring their own food on a situational basis. If you, or a member of your group, have specific allergy concerns please call us before your visit.
  • Our park will remain open, rain or shine, in most circumstances. If our park closes early due to severe weather, you will receive a raincheck to return another day.
  • You are allowed to bring your wheelchair. Some areas of the walk-thru safari have gravel and natural dirt pathways like you would experience in the wild. If you require special accommodation, please contact our Safari at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, so that we may better prepare for your visit, and try to arrive at an accommodation for you.
  • Only fully enclosed vehicles are permitted. Large RVs and buses are not permitted without prior authorization by the management team. The following vehicles are not allowed under any circumstance: motorcycles, convertibles, open top Jeeps, vehicles without doors, and tow behind trailers. Additionally, guests are not permitted to be in the beds of trucks while in the drive-thru.
  • Your ticket may be presented at the gate either on printed paper or on a smartphone.
  • You will receive safety instructions on how to interact with animals in the drive-thru and walk-thru.
  • Your ticket gives you the opportunity to experience the drive-thru/walk-thru as many times as you would like during your visit, until close.
  • Tickets are valid for one year from the purchase date. If you purchased your ticket(s) for a select day and are unable to attend, your ticket(s) will still be valid for use for one year. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
