TAMANDUA ENCOUNTER
Spend some time in the rainforest with our Southern Tamanduas 'Pinky & The Brain'! This encounter includes 20 minutes of guided personal interaction, feeding, and enrichment activities inside their enclosure! Guests not participating in the encounter are also able to view your activities from outside the exhibit!
Cost: $30 per person
Encounter Size Limit: Max 3 people per encounter time
Other Info: Close toed shoes & long pants required
Reptile & Amphibian Encounter
Slither into our herpetology world for a behind the scenes peak of Aggieland Safari's reptiles and amphibians! Participants will be able to assist our Reptile Keepers in routine care duties, take a tour of our off-exhibit Reptile Hallway, and interact with various species!
Cost: $20 per person
Encounter Size Limit: Max 2 people per encounter time
Giraffe Encounter
If you enjoy our giraffe feeding, but would like a more personal experience then this is the encounter for you! This 30 minute encounter provides a behind the scenes tour of the giraffe barn, and a private feeding and training experience with a member of our Animal Care Team!
Cost: $45 per person
Encounter Size Limit: Max 4 people per encounter
Other Info: Available Tuesday-Friday 9a-10a or 3p-4p only
kangaroo encounter
Meet 'Reggie' the Red Kangaroo! This encounter includes 20 minutes of hands on time with our beloved macropod bottle baby!
Cost: $50 per person
Encounter Size Limit: Max 3 people per encounter
Age Limit: 10 years and older
Other Info: Only one encounter is scheduled per week.
