   The Rainforest Room is equipped with tables to host up to 20 guests. 

   The adjoining outdoor yard can be utilized to host an additional 15 

   people, or provide an area for fun activities and games!

     The Serengeti Room is equipped with tables to host up to 35 guests. 

     A large covered patio gives you the option to host an additional 15 

     to 20 guests. There is also a large outdoor yard for activities and

     games!

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

SCHEDULING

  • Party rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis.  
  • Availability of some add on items is not guaranteed. However, the Aggieland Safari team will do their best to facilitate any specific requests for your party
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation

Cancellation policy

  • Aggieland Safari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather)
  • If guests need to reschedule their party they may do so by contacting the Event Coordinator within 24 hours of their reservation
  • No refunds or rescheduling opportunities will be given for no shows
